Barclays Capital names Holtzman vice chairman

Marc Holtzman, who ran for the Republican nomination for governor in 2006, is joining Barclays Capital as vice chairman, the firm said.
Barclays Capital, with 20,000 employees worldwide, is the investment banking operation of London-based Barclays Bank.
