The Palestinian Authority/Hamas has committed war crimes that should be investigated by the appropriate authorities.
Palestinian Authority/Hamas forces targeted civilians including small children in violation of international law.
Palestinian Authority/Hamas forces stored munitions in civilian facilities such as homes, schools and mosques, in violation of international law.
Palestinian Authority/Hamas forces used civilian facilities to launch rockets at Israel, in violation of international law.
Palestinian Authority/Hamas forces used child soldiers, especially for suicide missions in violation of international law.
Palestinian Authority/Hamas forces tortured and murdered Israeli POWS in violation of international law.
