Talk about your collection of fish.

I have three fish tanks. I just put a new pond in my backyard. I love fish. I think it's the most relaxing thing to sit and watch them. People don't think fish are that smart, but they are. They know you're going to feed them as soon as you pick up the can. I had a shark for a while.

A shark? How big?

It got big. I decided it was probably smart to . . .

You didn't just release it?

I didn't do like the guy in L.A., who just put his gator out (in the neighborhood).

Do you swim with fish in the ocean?

It's a whole other element when you get in salt water. They're a lot bigger than the ones I've got in my tank.

In Beijing, what are restaurants like?

You can have all the food you want and still go out and have Chinese.

Are you concerned softball won't be in future Olympics?

If they're not . . . I'll hold the Olympics.
