Treat of the week
There's something about Colorado that inspires great toffee. The latest: Nick, Nora & Emily's Tungsten Toffee. Created by Nederland's Curcio family only from sugar, butter, almonds, pecans and chocolate coating, this caramel-y, butterscotch-y stuff melts in your mouth. It's sold in simple white boxes - small, about $6, and large, about $9 - at the Rustic Moose and B&F Market, in Nederland, and Lolita's Market and Redstone Meadery, in Boulder. 303-258-0173
