YOU'VE BEEN PRANKED

When Rep. Frank McNulty, R-Highlands Ranch, found his desk on the Capitol floor filled with trash last week, he had a good idea who was behind the prank.

That may be why Rep. Cory Gardner, R-Yuma, discovered Wednesday morning that his desk and chair were filled with law books.
