EXTRA!, March 28

Published March 28, 2007 at midnight

VODA, MEET FROSTY

I'm looking for Mr. Right: SWPB (single, white polar bear) seeking SWPB who catches fish, likes a romantic sunning on the rocks and wants little cubs to call his own. If interested, see Voda at the Denver Zoo.

Mr. Right has arrived: I've been around the block (OK, so I'm 22 in polar bear years), but I like chillin' and fishin' and I know I'll be a good polar bear daddy. My name is Frosty, but I'll melt your heart.

*sigh* Another great love story begins at the zoo's Northern Shores exhibit. Catch the bears canoodling daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Go to the zoo's Web site at . Hours change Sunday.

THAT WILY WILBUR

Where in the state is Wilbur?

While Extra! had spring break last week, we know there are still plenty of Colorado students out there enjoying some time off . . . and maybe driving their parents a little nutty. But fear not. Extra! is here to help.

While surfing the Internet (shhhhhh! Don't rat us out!), we visited the Colorado Historical Society Web site, , and clicked on the kids' page.

Little did we know we were missing out on a fun game they play with kids called Where's Wilbur?

So where is Wilbur today? Hmmmmm, we'll never tell! You'll have to go to the Web site to find out (and maybe discover a few other things you didn't know about our state, too!).
