A Lakewood minister has been accused of sexually assaulting two children ten years ago while the kids attended a daycare his wife ran in their home.

Stephen J. Heese, 52, was charged Feb. 14 in connection with the case and is scheduled to appear in court in Jefferson County tomorrow afternoon.

The alleged victims, a 16-year-old girl and a 19-year-old boy, are siblings. The pair contacted police last year, saying they were assaulted between 1992 and 1994.

Heese faces four felony charges.
