Year: Senior.

Sport: Baseball.

Etc.: Was selected a Class 5A all-state third baseman last season after hitting eight home runs and driving in 37 runs for the Farmers. Altman started this season strong, homering and driving in four in the Farmers' opener March 8 against Monarch.

If you could choose a player from around the state to add to your team, who would he be?

No one. We're good. We've got everything we need.

What major league uniform would you look the best in?

St. Louis Cardinals'.

What's the longest homer you've ever seen in person?

Mark McGwire, right, during the Home Run Derby at Coors Field (in 1998). I was eight rows behind the plate. It was a monster. Just ridiculous.

Best baseball movie? The Sandlot.

Best ballpark in the state?

Suplizio Field in Grand Junction.

You're in charge of the team meal. Where do you go? Old Chicago's.
