Opening statements are under way in the Joe Nacchio insider-trading trial, after jury selection wrapped up this morning.

Both the prosecution and the defense are expected to conclude their opening statements this afternoon. A jury of seven women and 11 men was chosen earlier today; 12 will serve as jurors and six will be alternates.
