PIZZA PEACE

Dino's the Elder has prevailed over Dino's the Younger. Dino's Italian Food, better known as "Dino's Pizza" to patrons of the 45-year-old Lakewood institution at 10040 W. Colfax Ave., was involved in a trademark infringement battle with Dino's Pizza, which opened in October at 644 Santa Fe Drive. Dino Mario Marchig, owner of the new eatery, has agreed to change its name, much to the relief of Judy DiPaolo Duren, who runs Dino's Italian Food and is the daughter of Dino DiPaolo, the original owner.
