Three world premieres set for DCTC's next season

The Denver Center Theatre Company's 2007-2008 season will include three world premieres, all commissioned by the company.

The company will also include two musicals, "White Christmas" (produced in conjunction with Denver Center Attractions) and one to be announced. The company is not presenting "A Christmas Carol" next season.

The season includes:

"Third," Wendy Wasserstein's final play (Sept. 14 to Oct. 20)

"You Can't Take It With You" (Sept. 21 to Oct. 20)

"The Diary of Anne Frank" (Nov. 9 to Dec. 15)

"Pride and Prejudice," adapted by Jon Jory (Nov. 16 to Dec. 15)

"Irving Berlin's White Christmas" (Nov. 23 to Dec. 30)

"Lydia," by Octavio Solis, a world premiere and DCTC commission (Jan. 11 to March 1)

"Our House," by Theresa Rebeck, a world premiere and DCTC commission (Jan. 18 to Feb. 23)

"Plainsong," by Eric Schmiedl from the Kent Haruf novel (Jan. 25 to Feb. 23)

"Gee's Bend," by Elyzabeth Gregory Wilder (March 14 to April 19)

"The Merry Wives of Windsor" (March 21 to April 19)

"Doubt," by John Patrick Shanley, Pulitzer and Tony winner (April 4 to May 24)

A musical to be announced (May 9 to June 29)
