Vostrejs' managerial career started in the restaurant business more than 20 years ago.

"I worked at the Fish Market in Lakewood, which is now known as the 240 Union restaurant," said Vostrejs. "I did some marketing, designed wine lists, and hired, trained and supervised all the employees. It was a really high-energy, fun job."

Vostrejs says his restaurant background has proved immensely helpful in his current position, enabling him to work closely and effectively with the restaurant tenants at Larimer Square.

"I have a deep understanding of their business," he said, "and I can speak their language."
