The Robb Report created its own luxury index of stocks. It includes fashion houses Burberry, Christian Dior, Coach, Shiseido and Tod's. Financial stocks such as Goldman Sachs, Julius Baer and UBS are there, representing firms that manage rich people's money. Jet makers Dassault and Embraer made the list, along with yacht purveyor Rodriguez Group.

BIZ SCHOOL NAMES DEAN

David Schmittlein, deputy dean at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, was named dean of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management on Tuesday.
