Cops probe man's slaying in SE Denver

A man was shot and killed in southeast Denver last night, police said today.
Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson said officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 2300 block of South Locust Street.
The man, who is believed to be in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is not being released.
Jackson said the incident is being investigated by the homicide unit. No information on a possible suspect is being released, he said.
