Stanisz Development has sold seven suites in its Powerhouse Office Condominiums, and has only one left.

This fall, Stanisz plans to break ground on Spruce Street Place, a 24,000-square-foot, two-building complex.

The 33,900-square-foot Lowry Medical Plaza is under construction, which is next to the first-phase building, which is 100 percent leased.

There are a handful of commercial sites, all of them in some stage of negotiations, left in Lowry, including six of the 35 acres where Janus once planned its world headquarters. However, some of the deals may fall apart, so Lowry welcomes interest from developers and tenants.
