What: Leave it to Spike TV to present the world's premier shark- hunting event: The Hunt For: Monster Sharks. The one-hour special takes a look at the 2007 Oak Bluffs Monster Shark Tournament. In its 21st year, more than 200 boats and 1,000 fisherman compete to catch the largest sharks in the waters off Martha's Vineyard.

no bull anymore
State-run Spanish TV has quietly yanked live coverage of bullfighting, ending a long tradition out of concern that it's too violent for children. However, taped highlights are still shown on the state-run channel on a late-night program and on pay TV channels, and other stations are full of live bullfights. Still, many in the bullfighting world are livid over the change.
