Ninety five percent of the voting members of the New Life Church in Colorado Springs cast their ballots Monday to accept the Rev. Brady Boyd as the new senior pastor.

Boyd, 40, a former associate pastor at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, will replace Ted Haggard. Four months after Haggard's departure, church attendance dropped 20 percent, contributions dipped 10 percent and 44 staff members were laid off.
