U.S. 85 crash injures 6; 1 critical

Six people were taken to the hospital this morning, including one in critical condition, after an early morning crash in Weld County.
Platteville Police Chief Troy Renken said a Chevrolet Blazer carrying five people rolled over at least once when the two vehicles collided.
Renken said a Toyota with Colorado license plates was traveling north on U.S. 85 shortly before 6 a.m. while the Blazer with Arizona plates was in an adjacent lane.
"Both drivers are claiming the other driver swerved into their lane," Renken said. "It's still under investigation."
Renken said one of the four passengers in the Toyota suffered minor injuries. He was transported to a hospital by ambulance.
All five men in the Chevy Blazer were transported to a hospital, including one by helicopter, Renken said.
