The Rocky Mountain Balloon Festival features more than early morning rides aloft when it begins at 6 a.m. Saturday at Chatfield State Park. It includes Celtic, rock and other music, a Civil War re-enactment and a "Lites in the Night" balloon illumination at 7:15 p.m. Saturday. The festival continues 6 a.m. to noon Sunday.
