Judging from the frantic calls and e-mails, the hottest ticket of the year is going to be for Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter. Miley Cyrus, 14, stars on the Disney Channel show Hannah Montana - one of Disney's most-popular series ever.
Cyrus' own solo CD and the Hannah Montana soundtrack have combined for more than 4 million in sales, and she will perform both as herself and in character. The Oct. 25 Pepsi Center show goes on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday through Ticketmaster ($25 to $55).
Also on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday through Ticketmaster unless otherwise noted:
Fillmore Auditorium: Blue October is set for Oct. 20 ($35). The Zappa Plays Zappa tour, which got rave reviews here last year, returns on Nov. 16 with Dweezil Zappa and guests ($45). Motion City Soundtrack is set for Dec. 9 ($22).
Paramount Theatre: Irish band Anúna is at the Paramount on Nov. 11, with tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday through TicketHorse ($38, $48 and $63.50). Loreena Mc- Kennitt is set for Oct. 5; tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday through TicketHorse ($35, $55 and $75).

RUMORS AND HEARSAY: The Van Halen reunion is on, with the first dates announced this week. We're set for the second leg, if they make it to a second leg. Eddie Van Halen is awfully good at holding a grudge - the official Web site briefly had former bassist Michael Anthony's pictures removed from VH album covers. . . . The whispers are getting louder about the Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band album and tour . . . Crowded House is making every show on its reunion tour, including next week's Fillmore show, available for purchase through livedownloads.com. . . . In October Bob Dylan will release a new DVD, The Other Side Of The Mirror, with his full Newport Folk Festival appearances from 1963 to '65.
