Want water? Keep your eyes on the skies

Published August 16, 2007 at midnight

High and dry or sopping wet. It all depends on where you live in the metro area.

And it's not over yet.

Our hit-and-miss weather could very well last through Saturday, CBS 4's Ed Greene says, with partly sunny skies in the early part of the days and a chance of isolated thunderstorms in the afternoons and evenings.

Ed is calling for highs in the upper 80s to low 90s through Monday, with overnight lows around 60 degrees.

Heavy rain, hail and lightning was reported in parts of the northern and southern suburbs yesterday, causing some street flooding and delays for commuters.
