FBI: Booze, lewdness, groping led to handcuffs on Flight 2275

A man taken off a flight after making crude comments to women and trying to grope them had at least four drinks before attendants cut him off, according to FBI documents.
Andy Lee Osuna also grabbed a male passenger by the collar who told him to "sit down and shut up."
Osuna was taken off Southwest Airlines Flight 2275 from Chicago to Las Vegas after it was diverted to Denver on Friday. He was placed in cuffs by flight attendants and passengers.
"Osuna admitted he has a drinking problem," according to an FBI arrest warrant affidavit released Tuesday.
Osuna, 29, is being held in Denver pending a detention hearing Friday.
According to the FBI affidavit by agent Joel Nishida, the incident began when Osuna turned to a female passenger in the row behind him and said he would like to have sex with her.
Passenger Jacalyn Bohlinger held her hand up in front of Osuna's face, while her husband, David Bohlinger, told Osuna to "turn around, sit down and shut up."
Osuna grabbed David Bohlinger by the collar, clenched his other fist and told the unidentified female passenger again that he wanted to have sex with her.
"Flight attendant Renee Gray was walking down the aisle collecting trash when she noticed that Osuna was holding David Bohlinger by the shirt collar," the affidavit continues. "She asked if they were traveling together.
"When Bohlinger said they were not, Gray told Osuna to let go of him and to turn around and have a seat. When Osuna did not comply with her request, Gray grabbed his hand and pulled it off Bohlinger's shirt," the affidavit says.
That led to shoving between Osuna and Gray. Two more flight attendants and another Southwest staff member became involved before flight attendant Cheri Hill slipped flex cuffs on Osuna.
"Hill noted that while she was placing the flex cuffs on Osuna, Osuna's eyes were fixated on her chest and that he appeared to reach out and try to touch her breasts," the affidavit says.
"At one point, one of Osuna's hands got free and he tried to touch Hill's groin," the affidavit continues.
According to a witness, Osuna said to Hill, "Come on honey, I'll show you where my hand is supposed to be."
Flight attendant James Black had to pull up Osuna's pants and underwear to cover his buttocks.
Osuna was taken to a Denver Police Department holding cell at Denver International Airport. In an interview with the FBI, he denied making the crude remarks or attacking Bohlinger, but conceded it was possible he tried to touch a flight attendant's leg or breast.
He did not remember being subdued and placed in flex cuffs.
Osuna said he had two malt liquors before boarding the flight. He drank two rum-and-cokes during the flight before the flight attendants cut him off.
Osuna's hometown was not made public in court documents.
