Denver in the cards for Van Halen, Eagles
Published August 7, 2007 at midnight
The Van Halen reunion with singer David Lee Roth is back on track, after being scuttled in February by Eddie Van Halen's trip to rehab.
A press conference in Hollywood next week will announce the 50-city reunion tour, which will include a Denver date (as yet, no date confirmed).
Eagles fans also have reasons to rejoice. The band's new album (their first since 1979's The Long Run) is going to see the light of day and pre-sale announcements have been sent out for the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Oct. 18 and 20.
A tour is expected to stretch into 2008, with Denver also on the itinerary at some point.
