The status of some material stored at the federal courthouse downtown:

• Wayne and Kathy Harris on Aug. 26 removed their documents and materials.

• The Jefferson County sheriff and coroner on Aug. 28 removed their documents and materials.

• Jefferson County Public Schools gave permission for its documents and materials to be destroyed.

• Depositions from Wayne and Kathy Harris in another Columbine case could be destroyed.

• Recent depositions of the Harrises, Tom and Sue Klebold and Judy Brown could be destroyed, as could six new pieces of evidence introduced during the depositions. Those exhibits include crime-scene photographs and a letter written by Sue Klebold shortly after the April 1999 attacks at Columbine.
